Privacy Policy

ReOrdiva is a product of Soft Udyog. This policy explains what information the ReOrdiva app stores and how it is used.

Information we store

• Pharmacy details you enter: store name, owner name, mobile, email and address.
• Staff logins (name, username, mobile) created by the pharmacy owner. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
• Business records: suppliers, medicine reorder requests, purchase orders and goods receipts.

ReOrdiva does not store patient records or any patient-identifying information — it is not needed for reordering.

How information is used

Your data is used only to run the service for your pharmacy: showing the shared reorder list, preparing purchase orders and tracking receiving. Each pharmacy's workspace is isolated; your suppliers, preferences and orders are never shown to another pharmacy.

Payments

Subscription renewals are processed by our payment partner through the Soft Udyog SecurePay portal. Card/UPI details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by ReOrdiva.

Sharing

Purchase orders are shared with your suppliers only when you choose to send them (for example via WhatsApp, PDF or email).
